Shield has blocked me or I have failed the anti-bot test. What should I do?

Multiple attempts to log in with an incorrect email, username, or password will trigger the Shield firewall to temporarily block your IP address for one hour.

  • If you have received a warning that you will be blocked, double-check that you are using the correct email address and password to log in, or reset your password if you are not sure what your current password is.
  • If you have been blocked, the Shield block screen provides an option to unblock your IP address without having to contact HOCK for assistance. Click the Unblock My IP button and follow the prompts. Be sure to reset your password so that you do not end up getting blocked again.
