I am getting a Mediasite login prompt when switching the videos to full screen. What should I do?

If you are getting a Mediasite login page when switching the videos to full screen, you will need to adjust your browser security settings so that the HOCK web site can properly authenticate with the video server. Also, be sure that you are not using private or incognito mode.

  1. Open Settings
  2. Go to Privacy and security
