What are HOCK's subscription and refund policies?

Refunds

Refunds are available within 3 days (72 hours) after your subscription renewal payment is charged. After 3 days, no refunds will be offered.

All refunds will be returned to the original form of payment only.

Cancelling Subscriptions

You can cancel your subscription anytime. Your access will remain active until the end of the current subscription period; partial refunds are not offered.

Upgrades / Downgrades

You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription anytime. Your subscription period will remain the same and changes in cost will be pro-rated based on the number of days left in the current subscription period.

Free Trial

The Free Trial is limited to one trial per person per exam.
