My card / payment was declined, what should I do?
When a credit or debit card is declined, it is because the issuing bank declined the charge. The first step is to call you issuing bank and ask them to look at your account and see the reason for the charge being declined. Usually your bank can see the attempted charge, why it was declined, and offer a resolution to allow the charge to go through. After you have contacted your bank and had your account adjusted, then you can try to make your payment again.
