How do I fix video playback if the videos won't play or ask me to log in?
Note: If you are receiving a login prompt watching the videos on Saturday or Sunday between 12:00 a.m. (midnight) and 06:00 a.m. US Eastern time, this is due to regularly scheduled maintenance on the video platform. You do not need to contact HOCK; please wait 1-2 hours and normal viewing will resume automatically without a login prompt.
If you are getting a login prompt during other times, the first thing to try is completely exiting your browser and then logging back in to My Studies. If that does not work, then try a different browser - we support current versions of Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Opera, and Safari.
